  • MSF has assets in excess of US$ 5.4 millon
  • These assets are mainly held in a Fidelity investment portfolio (US$5.1 million) which is professionally managed.
  • These Fidelity funds held by MSF fall into 2 categories:

 

  1. Endowments – the trustees must follow and honour the objects as set out in the individual deeds setting them up. There are 4 endowments totalling US$2 million.
  2. General Funds – subject to budget approval by WSA these funds are totally distributable at the discretion of the trustees. These funds total US$3.1 million. Note: The trustees have earmarked a % of these General Funds into a Capital Preservation Fund in order to help maintain their long term value US$1.3 million.

 

  • In addition to the shares held in the Fidelity portfolio and Computershare (MSF’s Asiamet holding US$100K) there are other miscellaneous assets held comprising; cash at bank, various donated shares in Subud ventures. These in total are valued at circa US$300k.
