Dear Brothers and Sisters,

MSF is pleased to inform you that the Second Cycle 2026 for MSF Subud House Grants is officially open on June 1, 2026.

As part of the updated grant process introduced in 2026, the Muhammad Subuh Foundation (MSF) now operates two application cycles per year to better accommodate the varying needs of Subud groups worldwide, including local weather conditions, contractor availability, fundraising efforts, and permit timelines.

The process for the Second Cycle is outlined below:

How To Apply For an MSF Grant – Step by Step

1. Check your eligibility and connect with MSF through a meeting or workshop.
Carefully review the Grant Process Guidelines and MSF Grant Policy to ensure your project aligns with MSF policies, selection criteria, and eligible activities.

MSF will continue to offer workshops and personalized meetings to provide information and answer any questions about the grant process. Please complete the registration form for workshops & personalized meetings to receive Zoom details and submit any questions you may have.

2. Second Cycle Timeline

2nd Cycle
Application Period – Stage 1 Jun 1 – July 31
Application Period – Stage 2 Aug 1 – Sept 30
Application Assessment August – October
Resolution, Agreements & Fund Transfer November – December

3. Submit the Stage 1 Application Form

Complete and submit the Stage 1 Application Form to determine your project’s eligibility. This step is mandatory for all applicants.

4. Submit the Stage 2 Application Form
If your project qualifies, you will receive the Stage 2 application form to provide detailed project information.

If your project meets the criteria → you proceed to Stage 2.
If your project does not qualify → you will receive feedback with recommendations for strengthening a future application.

5. Application Assessment
All Stage 2 applications undergo a thorough review by the MSF team. Interviews may be conducted with applicants. Feedback is gathered from International Helpers, Zone Representatives, and National Committees.

6. Grant Application Outcomes
After review by the Board of Trustees, applicants will be promptly notified of the outcome.
Approved applications: MSF will contact the group to finalize the next steps.
Not approved: Applicants will receive an explanation and recommendations for future submissions.

7. Grant Agreement & Fund Transfer
Approved groups must sign and return an Agreement Letter outlining the terms and conditions of the award.
Funds are transferred “just in time” — only when needed for the project to begin.
Once the transfer is executed, MSF will inform the group of the expected arrival date.
Confirmation of receipt is required.
All transfer details (tracking number, date, and records) will be documented by MSF.
