The 2025 grant cycle opened on March 1, 2025, and the application process consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Application Period
March 1 -May 31, 2025.
Groups must complete the Stage 1 Application Form, which allows MSF trustees to assess whether the project meets the basic eligibility criteria to proceed to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Full Application
June 1 -July 31, 2025.
Groups that successfully complete Stage 1 will receive the Stage 2 Application Form by email. This form requires supporting documents such as construction permits, business plans, project timelines, and more.
