In an effort to better accommodate the varying needs of Subud groups—taking into account weather conditions, contractor availability, and permit timelines- the Muhammad Subuh Foundation will introduce two grant application cycles beginning in 2026.
The 2026 timeline will be as follows for each cycle.
Each cycle will follow this familiar process:
Stage 1 – Eligibility Check
Submit the Stage 1 application to assess whether your project meets MSF’s basic requirements. This step is mandatory.
Stage 2 – Project Details Submission
Only applicants who pass Stage 1 will be invited to submit detailed project information. If needed, MSF provides feedback to help refine future applications.
Application Review & Decision
Applications are evaluated by the MSF team, with input from International Helpers, Zone Representatives, and National Committees. Interviews may also take place.
Grant Agreement & Funds Transfer
Successful applicants sign an Agreement Letter. Funds are transferred “just in time” for the project, with tracking and confirmation procedures in place.
To strengthen your proposal, ensure you meet these MSF requirements, among others:
Feel free to ask if you’d like to set up a meeting with us at renato.sotelo@msubuhfoundation.org
Looking forward to hearing from you and your project!
